This is the website of the MicroCT group at the Institute of Anatomy of the University of Bern.

We, Ruslan Hlushchuk, David Haberthür and Oleksiy-Zakhar Khoma, work with Bruker SkyScan machines and perform research related to angiogenesis, and generally study the characteristics of vasculature in tumors, bone and organs with these machines. We are also interested in studying and assessing the morphology of different organs, namely kidneys, lungs and hearts of several anmial species. With our almost three microCT machines, we are able to study samples over a broad range of resolutions (µm to mm) and sizes (mm to dm).
